Drivers on the M4 are stuck in mile-long queues amid a multi-car crash which shut two lanes on the busy road.
The crash, involving five vehicles – three cars and two vans – has closed two lanes near junction 20 at the Almondsbury Interchange.
One of the lanes, which was closed earlier, has now reopened to traffic.
Photos from National Highways cameras show major traffic backups on the motorway. There are also major delays on the M4, M5 and M32, all around Bristol.
The crash happened on the M4 Eastbound, between junction 20 M5 J15 and junction 19, on the M32 towards Bristol.

It’s unclear if there have been any injuries, but Bristol Live has reported that fire trucks are on scene.
South Western Ambulance Service told Metro they had not been called to an accident in the area.
Some locals are fed up with what they call ‘constant’ traffic in the area.
Anne Davis wrote: ‘Good grief again?!!!! What is going on here M4/M5 crashes are regular occurrences. Sort it out, guys.’
