Charges will not be brought against Tommy Robinson after he was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
British Transport Police (BTP) were called to St Pancras station in London on July 28 after a man was knocked unconscious.
A video appearing to show the aftermath of the assault captured Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, pacing around near a man lying face down on the floor.
In the footage Robinson can be heard shouting ‘he’s come at me’ and ‘you saw him come at me’.
Although he was filmed shouting nearby to the unconscious man, it is not known how the man ended up on the floor motionless.
Robinson, 42, was arrested at Luton Airport on August 4 after returning home from a holiday in Portugal.

But police now say the Crown Prosecution Service have decided not to charge Robinson, as the alleged victim ‘did not wish to provide a statement to the investigation’.
A BTP spokesperson added: ‘Officers worked at pace to gather evidence, including CCTV footage and witness statements; however, the victim did not wish to provide a statement to the investigation.

‘We presented the prosecution file to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) – who are responsible for considering the evidence available and deciding whether it meets the legal threshold to charge someone with an offence.
‘Following a review of the available evidence, the CPS concluded that there was not a realistic prospect of conviction and therefore there would be no criminal charges in this case.’
It is understood that the victim does not want to pursue charges, and that CCTV footage showed him initially following Robinson before he was hit.

Following the CPS announcement, Robinson shared a post on his X account saying: ‘Now I can say it , f*** around & find out’
Sharing a two-minute video, he added: ‘No case to answer, after police investigated it has been proven I was the victim and I was within the law to defend myself.
‘Why was I arrested at all? You had the footage you knew I was the victim.’
