Residents of a housing estate in Oxfordshire have been urged to check doorbell cameras to try and trace a missing teenager.

Scarlett, whose last name was not given, was last seen at 3pm on September 5, and police are increasingly concerned.

In an appeal yesterday, they urged anyone who sees her to call 999.

She is described as a white girl with long dark hair, around 5ft 1ins tall, who was last seen wearing a dark blue tracksuit top and dark blue Nike leggings.

Inspector Matt Jones said: ‘We’re concerned for Scarlett’s welfare, and I would ask anybody who knows of her whereabouts to please contact Thames Valley Police.’
