A luxury penthouse at Main Beach on the Gold Coast, owned for 35 years by Australian billionaire real estate developer Harry Triguboff, will be sold at auction.
The two-storey apartment, located in what has been described as “one of the legendary buildings on the Gold Coast”, is expected to attract significant interest.
The property is being sold following the passing of Triguboff’s wife.

“(Triguboff) absolutely knows quality, knows great construction, knows where to buy, he bought this 35 years ago and never changed it because he says it’s the best there is,” selling agent Andrew Bell said.
“Sadly, his wife passed away and it’s time for him to base himself in Sydney.”
The expansive apartment, measuring approximately 930 square metres, offers views along the coastline.
“It is one of the legendary buildings on the Gold Coast,” Bell said.
“This is the era when they built quality and this was the best of the best.”
The property was initially marketed at $15 million, but the final sale price will be determined by the market at auction, scheduled for October 11th.
While a specific price range was not definitively stated, it is understood that expectations now centre around the $10 to $11 million mark.
“Harry wants it sold on auction day,” Bell said.
