A 21-year-old man has died after being stabbed on Hillingdon Street in Kennington, South London, on Monday night (April 14). Emergency services were called to the scene at around 9.15pm, but despite rapid medical intervention, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that no arrests have been made and a murder investigation is now underway. Emergency Response According to the London Ambulance Service, first responders arrived within four minutes of the emergency call. Resources dispatched included an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an advanced paramedic, and London???s Air Ambulance. ???Our crews treated a man at the scene. Sadly, despite the best efforts of emergency responders, he died,??? a spokesperson confirmed. Ongoing Investigation The crime scene on Hillingdon Street remains cordoned off, with officers guarding a residential property inside the police tape. A forensic tent has been erected, and investigators were seen entering a block of flats throughout the day. Detectives have yet to formally identify the victim, and efforts are ongoing to trace the suspect. A 21-year-old man has been stabbed to death in south London, with six people arrested.

Police and emergency services were called to Hillingdon Street in Walworth at around 9pm last night, after reports of a stabbing.

Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service who treated the 21-year-old man for stab injuries. Despite their best efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Scotland Yard said enquiries are ongoing to find his family. Five men and a woman all in their 20s were arrested shortly after on suspicion of murder.

They all remain in police custody, pending further investigation.
