The 33-year-old housemate of missing Queensland teenager Pheobe Bishop has been arrested and charged with unrelated offences.
Police allegedly found a shortened firearm, ammunition, and two replica handguns during a search of a grey Hyundai ix35, as well as more ammunition in a home in Gin Gin, near Bundaberg.
Both the house and car had been declared crime scenes for an unrelated matter, Queensland Police say.

Tanika Bromley was arrested yesterday in nearby Milbank.
She has been charged with two counts of authority required to possess explosives, and one count each of possessing/acquiring restricted items and unlawful possession of weapons.
She was refused bail and appeared in Bundaberg Magistrates Court today.
She was supported by her partner and another housemate.
The investigation into Pheobe’s disappearance continues and there is no suggestion Bromley is involved in her disappearance.
