A homicide investigation is under way after a girl was found dead outside a home in Queensland’s Bundaberg region.
A woman who knew the child is assisting homicide detectives with their investigation.
Emergency services were called to the property in Moore Park Beach about 4.45pm and found a three-year-old girl unresponsive.

She was declared dead and a crime scene was established at the Regency Road home.
A 32-year-old woman is helping police with their inquiries as part of a homicide investigation.
Police said the woman and child were known to each other but wouldn’t provide any more details about their relationship.
