Alleged childcare paedophile Joshua Dale Brown has been linked to working at yet another Melbourne childcare centre, as police continue to investigate allegations of child sex abuse.
Childcare operator G8 Education sent an email to parents yesterday confirming Brown, 26, worked a single shift at World of Learning Point Cook on August 24, 2023.
“We are writing to you because your child attended World of Learning Point Cook on 24 August 2023,” the letter read.

“In the interest of transparency, it was important we inform you of this information as soon we could and apologise that we were unable to provide it earlier.”
The letter, signed by G8 Education chief executive and managing director Pejman Okhovat, said there were “no records” of Brown working at World of Learning Point Cook on any other occasion.
“In light of this new information about Mr Brown’s presence at World of Learning Point Cook, the Victorian government and Victoria Police may contact you with further information or recommendations and we want to prepare you for that,” the letter read.
“These allegations have been deeply distressing for our entire community and we have been focused on supporting all those impacted, together with assisting the Victoria Police with their thorough investigation, to obtain justice for all children and families involved.”

Yesterday, it emerged that Brown had worked shifts at a further four centres than originally identified by the Victorian government and police.
To date, 24 childcare centres across Melbourne have been linked to Brown’s employment.
Brown is charged with 70 offences relating to eight alleged victims police say were at Creative Gardens Early Learning Centre in Point Cook between April 2022 and January 2023.
At this stage, there is no information to suggest offending occurred at any of the other centres Brown worked at.
