A woman’s body has been found wrapped in plastic and rope at a popular creek on the Gold Coast.
Emergency services were called to Currumbin Creek near Whitsunday Drive about 2.50pm today.
They found a body that is believed to have been in the water for several days.

9News understands the woman’s body was wrapped in plastic and rope.
Police divers and detectives were at the scene and speaking to residents in the area.
Investigations are ongoing.
